I was dealing with agent Tony, wonderfully nice person. He made me feel confident and showed much compassion. He checked up on me and explored all options. He took his time explaining the process and I felt as if he genuinely cared. Unfortunately I spoke with a Christina who was rude, pushy and money hungry. Lola was an absolute pleasure to work with on my cousin and her husband’s bail. She was honest and worked hard to give us the best deal. They didn't send the right paper work and the cops left my friend in holding for almost 5 hours, not impressed, I feel they asked for everything except blood. Was kind of a bad experience
