I was dealing with agent Tony, wonderfully nice person. He made me feel confident and showed much compassion. He checked up on me and explored all options. He took his time explaining the process and I felt as if he genuinely cared. Unfortunately I spoke with a Christina who was rude, pushy and money hungry.
