Our tree looks great and we are pleased with the tree
The customer service of everyone in this company, from the owner to the workers to the secretary, was all phenomenal. The workers were extremely professional and polite and didn't complete any tree until they were sure I was completely satisfied with how it looked. I am very happy with the quality of the work and the way I felt treated as a valued customer. I would definitely recommend and will only use this company in the future.

BTC have been out to my house several times. Each time they did what they were contracted to do (at a fair price) and more. The office staff and field staff were friendly and extremely tolerant with me and all my questions and scheduling requests. I will use them again.
