Great job, got the quote, accepted, appt scheduled, 60ft tree is gone & the yard was left spotless! They cleaned stuff green waste that had been there for weeks. Great company to work with, highly recommend them.
Fabulous job. They took care of trimming and removing some trees in my yard while I was at work. I got to come home to a brand new yard! They cleaned up very well, too. No leaves or branches lying around. Will definitely use Bailey again. 😁
We chose BTS to trim the dead fronds from a tall Mexican palm and to remove a redwood tree. Both trees were in tight spots, but the crew of three accomplished the task easily. You could tell they were well trained and enjoyed working together.
The estimator came by and was helpful with his advise on the trees especially the oak tree in front of the house. Though he was a little slow in providing the job quote, he came through after my follow up. The dispatcher / office manager was prompt and helpful when I called. The 3 man crew were very good at what they do and finished pruning 4 good sized trees in about 3 hours. They were safe and worked with protection helmet and climbing gear. They cleaned after and were very polite. I will certainly use them again.
They took care of all the utility calls for marking and when that was completed they were out the next day to do the work. The stumo I had is completely gone and now I can do some real work to the yard. Thank you for your quick work!
