EXCELLENT oral hygienist… thorough professional and complete in her application.
My Fiancé has been going to Dr Krauss’s office for years. I had the pleasure of going to my first appointment today. I was greeted by Amber who was very welcoming and emailed me all the patient info sheets ahead of time. That was convenient. Gina was my hygienist. Very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Great experience
I've been a patient for about ten years. This office, from the front office staff to the hygienists to the Dr. and his assistants, everybody is courteous, friendly and professional. Quite frankly, I hated going to office before meeting Dr. Krauss but now I don't mind it all. They listen to my concerns, if any, and thoroughly explain anything and everything they're working on, it's very much appreciated, thanks.
She was very friendly and took the time to explain exactly how to do good oral care. I’m very pleased with my experience.
I went in for a basic cleaning. The front desk staff is always warm and friendly when they greet me. I arrived a little early and they were able to take me right away. The hygienist was very personable and showed me the things she was looking for as she took my x-rays. She constantly checked on me as she was cleaning to make sure I was comfortable. I would recommend this office to everyone who is in search of a great dental staff.
