Always the best experience. Dr. Krause does amazing work. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I could not recommend a better office then Bakersfield Smile Design.
Most compact (read:tiniest) dental office I’ve ever been in! Tiny but not cramped. Clean (very,) well-organized, welcoming. Everyone is friendly, patient, easy to talk to, and up front about what’s going on with the matters at hand. Amber assisted me at arrival and with financial explanation. Vida shot my x-rays. Both really swell (and smart) young women. Dr. K is straightforward and honest (blunt in a clear, kind way) and his Staff are conversational and approachable.
The staff is amazing! The dentist is great! Dr Krauss has a way of making my daughter feel great and makes sure her smile is fantastic. Couldn’t ask for a nicer guy!
Excellent smooth procedure - 7 teeth treatment - dr krauss and his nurse were excellent chair side , calmed my fears , worked efficiently and caring - even iced my neck when I got hot and listened to my concerns . I would recommend this Dr and this nurse beyond any Dentist office I have encountered! I am so glad my wife made me see the top of the line Dentist instead of the budget dentist ! Thank you Dr KRAUSS ! See you soon ! MR CHEW !

Dr Krauss and his staff are the best! I called today at the last minute because of a toothache and Amber and Daisy didn’t waste any time getting me in to see Dr Krauss. Rosanna assisted Dr Krauss and they quickly and painlessly helped me. I love Dr Krauss and his staff for so many reasons: They are friendly and caring They are so efficient They take great pride in what they do They do amazing dental care They are truly the best in Bakersfield!
