I have been going to balance spa for years. I can't always book in advance so I go to whoever is available for a massage. I have always had a great experience and no matter who I go to an amazing massage. I now have to have massages because I am older and my body has taken a bit of a beating with my career and life. I had Jeanna for the first time. I knew it would be great because I always leave refreshed and taken care of. Jenna blew me away with her skill and knowledge of knowing what I needed and could benefit from in that moment. She suggested cupping after listening to my needs. I had my first facial from Natalie. It was wonderful and much more than just a facial. The spa is beautiful and relaxing. I will definitely go back and probably try a massage.

Great spa environment, great massages by any therapist I've had, wonderful customer service. They are a little more pricey than what I'm used to paying, but if you get one of their 6 pack series, it makes the cost a little more digestible. My only qualm is that if you are in a treatment room near the sink where the therapists wash the stones used in the massage, it can be a bit distracting. Perhaps they can encourage the therapists to be a bit more gentle/quiet when washing the rocks and not drop them in the sink or toss them on the counter. Otherwise, a great experience all around.
