Em was amazing. 😁 This was my first ever spa experience and it went above and beyond my expectations. She was not only courteous and professional, but she was also personable and kind. She was cheerful the entire time and met all my needs, checking in with me throughout the entire process and explaining to me what she was doing to make sure I was comfortable.
