I've had massages by Kirsten and Sam and both are wonderful. My last one was with Sam, I had so many knots and sore spots but he worked them out and I felt wonderful when I left. Best place ever. Thanks Balanced Body

I’ve been having issues with severe muscle spasms in my legs - Kristin not only listens, she didn’t give up in addressing my concerns, being able to “recreate” the spasms to see what might be triggering them, in addition using different techniques to work at resolving them. Thanks so much Kristin.

Kristin is amazing! She truly is a miracle worker! I was having migraines for 2 weeks straight. Since her massage I haven't had one!
Sam gives the best massages ever. He uses all kinds of amazing techniques. It always feels great and im so relaxed when it's over. I would recommend him to anyone. Online appointments are easy to do too. This is my favorite place.
