The dentist is good I could talk to them and explain how I feel about things and they will listen however I wish the receptionist and the financial person could communicate better

I had a urgent situation and I called Bancroft as a new patient and they immediately made me feel like I was part of the family! The customer service is exceptional, by far the best I have ever experienced. I was taken care of within 24 hours and had my procedure done within 48 hours. The entire staff is amazing.
