Great Service I came from about 2 hours away and received great service both times I went. Faris was a very reasonable guy with great prices! He was not pushy at all while buying as most dealers are. I would definitely make the drive again to get a car from Bank Auto!

Got what I wanted a good price Found my truck here, had problems on test drive but EVERY issue I had was address and I walked out of there with what I wanted and with a smile on my face.
Great choice Faris is the man. The reviews I had read did not disappoint. I went in and Faris made it happen. Very nice guy and did not make me feel pressured into purchasing a car. He was fair about the price of the car and what he could offer for the trade of my old car. I won't get into specifics but he went above and beyond to make things right for me and get me driving home in the car I wanted. Overall great experience and I would definitely come back again. Amazing customer serbice They all went above and beyond when we purchased a truck for our daughter. From the sales to the mechanic excellent service from start to finish. Was kind of leary at first because in the past only dealt with dealerships but all that has changed I now trust bank auto over a dealership they honestly stand behind their vehicles
