This is a very good orthodontist to go to. I highly recommend them they are excellent in customer services and offer affordable prices for braces!
Dr. Baptiste has been nothing but great to me over the years! He did a great job with my braces, giving me a smile that I love and cherish dearly! And 8-9 years later, he is still there for me when ever I need him. When I went back to him recently, he took great care of me and took the time out to tend to me even though I'm not a current patient there anymore. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Baptiste; I hope his business continues to grow and he continues to brighten the smiles of kids and adults everywhere!
I was very terrified to get braces at the age of 33! I've heard so many horror stories of braces hurting your mouth. I can honestly say...they do not hurt when they are placed on your teeth. Dr. Baptiste is very nice and so is his staff. They reassured me that I would be okay and I will not endure any pain. I recommend them to people of all age groups. I love the way my braces look!!!
I have never been to a more unprofessional organization especially in healthcare. The staff are very rude and will make you feel like you're giving them a hard time for expecting great service. I had initial issues when them delaying using my insurance and I should have ran then. Since it's been downhill since then. I finally am at my breaking point with them.I got clear correct treatment which I wear for 3 weeks. In my one and only visit I was greeted very kindly by their check in staff. However even though I gave them a reason for my visit prior to my arrival, they failed to mention they don't do bonded wiring. Which happens to be what I have. Furthermore he proceeded to tell me he could mend it. After the work was done only then did he tell me it should last "maybe a year". It lasted two weeks. Have the balls to tell someone to go elsewhere if you can't do the job.
