I had a free consultation with Baptiste orthodontics and was not impressed. I went in with severe and constant pain in my jaw which I believe is due to my jaw being misaligned causing a bad bite. Dr. Tran spent maybe 5 minutes with me after looking at the x-ray and just referred me to an oral surgeon or facial pain specialist. Dr. Tran is very hard to understand due to her accent and the fact she wears the surgical mask over her face. All around best place to start your braces journey. Staff has been great to me since walking in for consultation and information towards starting. They worked me through the process and assured that it would be financially reasonable. Take the walk in to their facilities to start if it ever came to mind and may your journey be as blessed or more blessed than mine
Worst decision I made for my braces. Dr. Tran and Dr. Baptiste ruined my smile completely. When I voiced concerns about my teeth being overly corrected and being pulled forward I was gaslit into believing it was not their doing but instead it was the structure of my jawline and overcrowding of teeth. I was also told that it was just my perception. I received IPR under the impression that if I didn’t I ran the risk of chipping my teeth. I did not need IPR and my perception was not incorrect. I had a fantastic experience with Rebecca at Orthodontist Baptiste. She was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout my visit. Her attention to detail and ability to explain the process made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving.
