We had a wonderful experience at Baptiste Orthodontics. From the dental assistant calling the day before the appointment to explain to us what to expect during the visit. My daughter had a great experience with the staff and orthodontist.
They were awesome and accommodating with my pregnancy! Shoutout to Carolyn for all the good laughs while in her chair! I would recommend everyone to go there!
I had a free consultation with Baptiste orthodontics and was not impressed. I went in with severe and constant pain in my jaw which I believe is due to my jaw being misaligned causing a bad bite. Dr. Tran spent maybe 5 minutes with me after looking at the x-ray and just referred me to an oral surgeon or facial pain specialist. Dr. Tran is very hard to understand due to her accent and the fact she wears the surgical mask over her face. All around best place to start your braces journey. Staff has been great to me since walking in for consultation and information towards starting. They worked me through the process and assured that it would be financially reasonable. Take the walk in to their facilities to start if it ever came to mind and may your journey be as blessed or more blessed than mine
