I have been using Barakeh for years. However, yesterday's experience was beyond my expectations. My wife was travelling from Kansas City to Chicago to catch a flight to Amman. Her flight from Kansas City got delayed from 2:20 to 6 pm. This left her with very little time to reach terminal 5.
