I just finished booking airline tickets for me and my family from Dema at Barakeh Travel. I have to tell you that it was probably one of the best customer service experience I have ever had. Dema was very helpful in accommodating our travel needs, very polite, and very professional. I will definitely be coming back.
Excellent customer service! I realize that often the prices are not much different between travel agents but customer service and working through options are just as important to ensure the best times, connections, etc. are selected. Good job by Dema who also took the time to clearly explain the terms of the ticket in case we decide to make a change later.
