Dr. Delucia is the most painful dentist I have ever been too. Tried to stay with her as I am new to the area thinking maybe it was me as I had the same dentists office out of state for 25 years. Needed multiple appointments to have crowns done. Does not explain procedures and what she is doing. I made an appointment for a tooth which abscessed. I was told I would be charged $100 for initial visit, that included x-rays of my mouth & teeth. In that visit the staff & dentist took only 1 x-ray, of that tooth only, & none of any of my other teeth. (Which I did question) On the scheduled day of my appointment, the staff called 2 hours before the scheduled time & asked if I could push the appointment back 2 1/2-3 hours. Mr Hartzell, A simple extraction does not go over 200 dollars. Your treatment was more difficult and was unable to be determined until the time of treatment. Please, in the future, voice your concern or complaint directly to us so that we can rectify the situation. We do give written estimates when asked. Did two crowns for me and both fell off due to decay underneath. Thankfully new dentist was able to save one of the teeth, but insurance would not pay for new buildup and crown since old one was placed less than three years ago. UGH!!!!!!

This is Dr DeLucia. THIS REVIEW IS ABSOLUTELY FAKE. I am obsessive compulsive on my preparations and I have never seen, in 30 years, 2 crowns fall off due to decay even from the worst dentist. It would take -many- years for decay to become a displacement factor. Decay would have to be rampant and patient hygiene would be the greatest factor. This scenario is not plausible. Now, please state your true motive for writing this false information.
My initial appointment was canceled due to the doctor being sick. Was not notified until I arrived at the office. Rescheduled for good Friday at 10:00. Arrived at 9:35, to find no one there. Again, not notified. Left a message on telephone, only to be ignored again. Cannot rate Dr. Bucy, but her staff and scheduling is very poor.
