Would not recommend using Barker Animal Hospital, specifically Dr Barker. I own a large dog who is extremely fearful and can react due to this. My dog has always visited wearing a muzzle and on medication to help ensure safety and comfort of everyone. We have also done Victory Visits with him to get him more comfortable being handled by strangers. These visits went very well and he made a lot of progress.
