This was our first time buying a home. I wanted to be as thorough as I could be when submitting documents, getting and receiving correspondence, etc. there were a few instances where I had to send documents multiple times, or things that were discussed prior seem to change later. HOWEVER, it was nothing that was ever major or in a way that was jeopardizing my time or loan. My Cash Out Home Equity Loan was handled in a professional manner. All of the employees I dealt with were very professional, yet friendly. There were a couple of bumps in the road, however, the Cornerstone staff was able to help me work through those issues.
