If you lease from them beware that if something goes wrong they will always side with the property owner and you will not be refunded. They need them to stay in business.
We had issues with the landowner and friends and family of the landowner every time we visited the lease. We were harassed every time we were there. The landowner even hunted there with several other people during the gun season when I was there, breaking the lease agreement. Basecamp was notified on every occasion and they accepted no responsibility for it and did nothing to help us. RecommendedUPDATE: 5/6/2022 BCL has changed the wording in their contracts for their annual 2.5% increase clause. It now reads, "Minimum 2.5% Inflation Adjustment". This leaves no limit to their annual increase which was 2.5%. This lack of commitment towards the hunter is heartbreaking.
