BCHC was great and I had a good first time patient experience. Sofia was amazingly super helpful in the process of getting me signed up and getting me an appt, she got everything done so quick! She explained everything very well and made sure the proper course of action regarding my visit was followed. Although the reason for my visit may be a serious one, both Sofia and Miriam, the provider I saw, were very nice and caring and made me feel at ease. By not telling me to be at my appt. an hour early. My appt was at 4pm, the lady told me to be there at 3pm, I called to let them know I had arrived and the lady said it was a virtual appt and I didn’t need to come to the clinic. So I took of work two hours early for nothing? All in all I was there from 3-5 and all I had was a virtual visit with the doc, the flu shot and them telling me someone will call to set up an appt for labs, I have not received the call yet and it’s been a week.
