Great took care of everything I needed
I needed help in getting into my new car loan to make my first payment. I could not see my acct. Ariel was so helpful and patient with me. We got disconnected a few times ( my fault) and we always got reconnected because Ariel called me back. Finally realized my user name was for another acct. Once I used the correct user name, I got into the right acct and made my payment. THANK YOU ARIEL for your time!
