I have called Telco & the Bill Payer company customer service for the last three days and have been getting the run around. I still have not resolved the issue with bill payer not paying my loan. However, after speaking with Terri Webster I was able to at least get a ticket created with bill payer. Terri took the time to call the bill payer company and stay on the phone with me to understand my frustration with this company.
