Representative, Sharmetra (sorry if misspelled) was heaven sent. I was in dire need of assistance out of town to withdraw funds--had issues with the co-op credit union in Texas. She was very thorough and ensured my needs were fully met prior to our phone call ending. Very kind and truly had a spirit of excellence.
I love Baton Rouge Telco! They have been my banking institution for over 15 years. Absolutely the BEST service you will ever receive from a credit union! I love their customer service— especially Ms. Deidra Lewis for going above and beyond. She IS a phenomenal representative at the Goodwood Branch location in Baton Rouge!!

Great! I had quex about making car loan on BRTlco app and even through Chametra could not actually see what I was doing she guided me through and had helped me fix my issue in less than 3 minutes. She is always so upbeat and knowledgeable!!

Thanks to the expertise of Chanetra I was finally able to set up my BRtelco app so I could pay my car loan. She was concise, told me step by step what to do and we were successful. She was great! Also stayed a few minutes after closing (at the start of a long weekend) to finish up. Kudos!
