I walked into the Hammond branch for a credit card debt consolidation and was totally amazed to get not only the debt consolidation loan but also, my car refinanced with a lower interest rate. My loan officer Kerr Starkey was so wonderful, she helped me through a difficult time and was very patient and knowledgeable about the process. I will always bring my business to BR Telco due to the great experience I had with Kerra.

Didn’t recall the lady in the window at the Hammond branch on university that asked me about going email , but Amanda in the Hammond branch on university was great when I went inside the bank. Very knowledgeable and so helpful.

Ms. Lisa Brouillette was great. She went over and beyond the call of duty to satisfy me as a customer. She made me very comfortable and listened to me as I explained to her what I was trying to accomplish. She was also very professional as well as helpful. It was a great experience having her assist in the office on March 18, 2022.

Nicole Colona in the Mortgage dept. is awesome ! She is helpful and always available to answer questions. The process for my HELOC was easy and fast. I have dealt with Baton Rouge Telco for years for loans , credit cards, etc. These people are second to none and they are a local Louisiana company which I am very proud to support.
