that’s so stupid you charged me a member a 25 dollar fee for a card. how stupid is that ! 25 is a lot in today’s world and how hard things are. my card may gave been lost but on top of it this company makes crappy cheap cards and mine wasn’t working at the atm anymore . that’s just insane been a member a long time but i think hancock whitney looks a lot better. yall charge a crazy amount and the card isn’t event going to holdup . DROP THE FEES

Had to get a new card yesterday! All good! Today, my grand daughter tried to open a new savings account for the third time. Each time, more ID info was needed. We have to drive 30 miles to your Hammond office. We have tried to have everything needed, each time we are unsuccessful. She would be a fourth generation member! Not sure I can get her back in now! Got to be an easier way to open a new account for young people!
