Been going here for years. All the staff are incredibly kind and friendlyl. Always accommodating and easy to work with. Curbside service is a game changer. It gives my dog more time in a familiar space before going into the dungeon. (not an actual dungeon of course) Trusted service here, highly recommend.
Highly recommend! Our new puppy (4 months) was bite in the face at a per Food store on a Sunday and the ER had a 4-6 hr wait. The bite looked like it could wait until the next day to be looked out so we waited until Monday morning and called Bay Animal Hospital first thing. They so kindly squeezed us in and set our pup up with the right antibiotics he needed. He he already healing! Both the front desk staff and Vet were so kind and caring. HIGHLY recommend! Bay Animal is amazing - the staff is caring and their customer service is incredible. They will go above and beyond and it feels like family. The doctors are also attentive and will call you to check up and provide advice on off hours. I am beyond impressed!
Wonderful reception team…. My dogs always love the attention they get when visiting. The Veterinarians are always professional, knowledgeable and take ample time with our dogs and answering all of our questions. We are big fans of Bay Animal.
Love love love Bay Animal hospital. Dr Goodell is the best. So good with my pups and spends a lot of time going over and explaining things. They have recommendations for tests, labs etc but it’s not a hard sell and ok if you want to hold off for a bit. Office staff is nice and efficient. I’ve been a client for a long time.
