We had an excellent experience at Bay Animal Hospital. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and caring. They made me and my pet feel comfortable and at ease right away. The facility itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and creates such a calming atmosphere. We felt reassured knowing that our puppy was in such good hands. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone looking for compassionate care in a lovely setting.
Highly recommend! Our new puppy (4 months) was bite in the face at a per Food store on a Sunday and the ER had a 4-6 hr wait. The bite looked like it could wait until the next day to be looked out so we waited until Monday morning and called Bay Animal Hospital first thing. They so kindly squeezed us in and set our pup up with the right antibiotics he needed. He he already healing! Both the front desk staff and Vet were so kind and caring. HIGHLY recommend! Been going here for years. All the staff are incredibly kind and friendlyl. Always accommodating and easy to work with. Curbside service is a game changer. It gives my dog more time in a familiar space before going into the dungeon. (not an actual dungeon of course) Trusted service here, highly recommend.
I love Bay Animal Hospital. My (very badly behaved) dog had a scary lump pop up suddenly and we were able to be seen same-day. Everyone was willing to meet my dog exactly where he was at, which is not easy given his level of anxiety! The entire staff were extremely accommodating, gentle and understanding. Lab results were lighting-fast which was so helpful when waiting on a potentially scary diagnosis. Dr. Santelio was super thorough and caring. Can’t recommend them enough.
Been going to Bay Animal for over 10+ years for our dog Kodi. Most of the time we have seen Dr. Bailey. She is kind, takes her time with you in answering questions, and understands and offers options on treatments/vaccines needed. We so appreciate her!
