I lost the love of my life and Dr. Goodall made the last moments of my Chuckys end of life special,pain less. He had no pain and passed with me. 16 years with my baby. I’m forever grateful for the care I got from Dr. Goodall. He personally took Chucky after he passed himself with care. We had an excellent experience at Bay Animal Hospital. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and caring. They made me and my pet feel comfortable and at ease right away. The facility itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and creates such a calming atmosphere. We felt reassured knowing that our puppy was in such good hands. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone looking for compassionate care in a lovely setting.
We felt very comfortable with the staff and our doctor, Amy Lin. Spent plenty of time with us to answer a broad range of questions and was willing to take a follow up call about a bacteria that had been detected in our beagle puppy. Knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend.
Been going here for years. All the staff are incredibly kind and friendlyl. Always accommodating and easy to work with. Curbside service is a game changer. It gives my dog more time in a familiar space before going into the dungeon. (not an actual dungeon of course) Trusted service here, highly recommend.
