I'm very thankful for all the staff. No matter what hour of the day or week I call they ALWAYS manage to squeeze my children in when needed. They are being so professional following all the guidelines for Covid-19 and helping our families stay safe. Thank you so much Bay Colony Pediatrics staff!

everyone was so sweet, the front staff was very happy to help and the atmosphere was great the whole time. the nurses were all very kind and very sweet with my baby. it was our first time here and this is where i’ll bring my daughter from now on.

I've taken my daughter to this location for care over the year but the office is extremely irresponsible in terms of completing and sending doctor notes and doctor assessments to my day care. I've been told when I go in-person that they'll send the paperwork, only to learn I'm currently out of compliance with my daycare because no one sent anything. I called the office multiple times and either no one knew what I asked for or no one answered. It's been over 3 months now dealing with this doctor's office, avoid at all cost.

I have been coming to this pediatrician clinic, since my sisters were babies. In the beginning I did not like this office because the staff was rude, but that was a while ago. For the last three years, all the stuff has been wonderful from the receptionist at the front office to the doctors. Every time I come, I am received with a smile. When I called to make appointments, the receptionist that answer or so amazing!! I haven’t gotten the nurses name but so far all the nurses that I’ve had have been wonderful.
