I can’t say enough great things about this dental practice—it’s truly exceptional! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and professionalism. The hygienist kristi is absolutely amazing—thorough, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. My teeth have never felt cleaner! It’s rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely kind, but this hygienist checks all the boxes. If you’re looking for top-tier dental care with a personal touch, this is the place to go.
For years and to this date I have always had the best experience having my dental care needs handled by BC Perio. The entire staff is awesome they take care of you so well. Thanks to them I still have the best smile ever with their care. Cheeeeeeeeeeese....!!!!!!
Today was my initial visit to BC Perio. What an outstanding experience it was. Dr. Crump, Dr. Ukaegbu and the entire team came to my dental chair and greeted me. Dr. Crump was incredibly thorough in his examination. Kristi, one of BC Perio's hygienists, cleaned my teeth and she did a very thorough job. Believe it or not, I look forward to my next visit.
Had a consultation with Dr K and scheduled surgery a few weeks later. The whole experience was pleasant. Staff is friendly and easy to reach by email , text, or call. I was super nervous but Erica and Dr. K weren’t rude or dismissive. Erica even checked on me after the procedure which was nice and unexpected. Parking is easy for the area which is a BIG deal for me. Super clean office. Even the guards in front of the building are nice lol. One had a cowboy hat on. Dr crump knew i was in pain and went out of his way to fit me in and take care of me. He does amazing work and is worth EVERY penny. The office is clean with such a professional environment. Special shout out to Spencer and Kim, always ready and eager to help anyway they can. If you are considering BC perio, i promise you won’t be disappointed.
