We love the location of Tradewinds. We have rented many condos over the years at Tradewinds. Unfortunately, we will not be renting from Beach Bums again. This condo was dirty, dated and over priced. There was barely any kitchen utinsels, the DVD player did not work and the air conditioner broke only to find out that there was no freon in the unit. The floors were so dirty when we walked on them our feet turned black. It was so disappointing for the price we paid.

We are so sorry you had issues during your stay. If you felt the condo was dirty, or needed anything at all during your stay, you should have called us. We would've been right over to correct the issues or get you whatever you needed. The AC did have an issue during your stay but the minute I spoke with your husband I placed a call to the AC tech that was there within 2 hours who fixed the problem. Great Location! Easy and fun stay!
Great location and nice unit just steps from the gulf. 2 very comfortable king beds and two full baths were a definite plus. Right on the walking/biking path and walking distance to restaurants. BYO hair dryer but everything else you would need for a comfortable stay is there.
This was a great place close to the beach. We were happy here. This was a great vacation spot. I would recommend this location to anyone.
Would definitely stay here again if you need a get away with a small group of people! Clean, easy check in and out, right across from the beach!

We had a wonderful time in our condo. Just a short walk to the beach. Made everything very convenient and we were able to spend more time relaxing and playing on the beach.
