Very thorough, listen, answer questions. They have a genuine love for pets and it shows. Took my rescue dog with terrible allergies, ear infection and needed shots. Were wonderful with her. Made it a positive experience for the dog. I live in Parrish and it Is a long drive but I would not go anywhere else. Dr Kafer is wonderful. I trust her with my dogs care and very understanding of all issues

I was concerned about every one wearing masks. I didn’t see one person without one. Megan (sp) came out to the car to get my 2! cats checked in. She was wonderful & went out of her way to help. I went in after both cats were checked out. Wonderful caring people. I’ve been there before & always a great experience.
