If there was an option to give it a 0 I would. The worst experience ever, I hope I never come back!! They broke my car and I had to take responsibility for their actions. They never found the problem. I went 3 days without my rice and they never told me anything. If I didn't write to them, they wouldn't keep me informed about anything. I wasted my time and money!
I brought my Acadia in because the rear turn signal was out. The service dept ordered a replacement and said it would be a couple of weeks. After 2 months, I called back and Finally reached someone and they said the part had been in for about 2 weeks. NO ONE called to tell me. I set an appt up for 9:30 am. It took over 2 hours to replace this part. They called and said the car was ready. And When I came to pick up my car, the guy told me the car was ready, but the paperwork wasn't.
