First of all they can improve on their service and also when they bring out the food , they should check to see that the Filet is cooked thoroughly like you requested and not served ice cold !
Bear Brook gets a 1/5 rating for their business practices leading up to our wedding and a 4/5 for the day of experience. Be careful with these guys. A bunch of jerks run this place!!! My friend put a deposit down and signed a contract on a specific date for Fall of 2017. A week later she was told they gave the date to someone else who was willing to pay more. When she contacted the owner he said, "I don't know what to tell you." Awful! You don't do this to people.
