My cat Butter Butt is 14 years old. I was worried about him being put out for dental surgery. Dr. McCann has been my vet for over 20 years, and he is, without a doubt, the best vet I have taken my animals to for treatments, and surgery. Butter Butt came out wonderful! I should know better than to worry when Dr. McCann is on the job!! Thank you Dr. Ryan McCann and staff for taking such good care of my baby!
We cannot say enough great things about Bear Creek Animal Hospital and Dr. McCann! Facing TPLO surgery for our dog, Colt, was incredibly stressful, but from start to finish, they made the entire process as smooth and reassuring as possible. The staff was compassionate, knowledgeable, and always there to answer our questions. My husband was just told “f*ck you, you’re a little prick” by Dr. McCann when I raised the concern that my dog was misdiagnosed because he was afraid to get close to her mouth. Dr. McCann falsely is trying to say she tried to bite him, which is absolutely not true. She did not like the taste of the Bordatella. Now my pet is in pain because he wouldn’t look at her teeth and see the problem is with her teeth, not kennel cough. Oh and this dog he is terrified of is a 14 year old 6lb Pomeranian.
