This is a great place to stay - only 30 miles from Avenue of the Giants. Excellent room. Good dining.

Always a pleasure Love the views of the mountains off the public patio. Has a pool and hot tub. Full gym, basketball court and sauna across the street, the guess have access. It’s was always quiet. Complementary breakfast, steaks for dinner, fish and plenty more options to fit any size family or solo traveler. I will definitely be returning.

The staff at Bear River were the most friendly and kind that I have ever experienced at a hotel. 10 out of 10 in staff satisfaction. They were awesome!

Our stay was great. We checked in pretty late but there was still food available until midnight. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and modern with great beds and showers. I would come back
