RecommendedWhat a beautiful community. I was here last year during a trip to New Bern with a friend. Spoke to Tony the property manager and he told me then that they were renovating units and was working on the property. I am back now and they have really put a lot of time into this property. Parking areas are getting paved. The office area and laundry are upgraded. Took a tour in one of the newly renovated units, they are beautiful. The other units a nice as well. Great place and excited to live there soon.

RecommendedManager is a great guy. Walked me through every step I will need to make if I choose to relocate to NC. Totally recommend Bearfoot Landing to anyone looking g for a very nice complex.
RecommendedAbsolutely love my experience with Bearfoot Landing so far. Brisa has been great to work with and has been efficient with communication. The unit itself is gorgeous and the neighborhood is wonderful for walking my dog. Also it is close to downtown!

RecommendedThe apartments are frankly gorgeous, maintenance comes the moment you have an issue, the property manager is very welcoming and personable. I have no complaints!
I’ve lived at these apartments for three years with my fiancée. We have had nothing but issues since we moved in. First couple of managements did the bare minimum of covering up mold with drywall that was caused from a leak we have on video dripping into our bathroom, the mold is still growing. Not to mention Being told we shouldn’t live here for long periods…. The complex is under new management that’s has been trying to help but in my opinion not efficient enough.
