I'm very impressed by the service, quality of care, prices and cleanliness of the clinic. I have had several surgeries done there, all with great results. Most recently when even a specialist could not resolve an issue, I took one of my dogs to Beaumont Animal Clinic. FINALLY SOMEONE ADDRESSED THE PROBLEM rather than simply treat symptoms!!!! 3 vets later (including a specialist), over $1000.00 in vet bills, my dog will now be fine thanks to Beaumont Animal Clinic!
I took my Jack Russell Terrier to take Parvo, Bordetella, and Rabies shots today. The staff and doctor there were so friendly and very patient. Because my dog is very aggressive with other dogs, so the doc's nurse sent me to a room. That's very thoughtful. There is no exam fee for the quick shots here! wow! I just paid for only vaccines.
Our dog became very sick very fast, and the Beaumont Animal Hospital was the only one in the Pass that could see her in a matter of days, not weeks. Turns out we had to put her down, and the staff there and the vet, Dr. Singleton, made a very rough decision quite easy. They were caring, understanding and thoughtful, allowing us plenty of time to say goodbye after explaining all of our options and emphasizing that the main thing we needed to be concerned about was our dog's quality of life. I went on a Sat. Very clean place. I brought my new pup someone dumped at my friends grooming shop. The vet gave the little what he needed. It only cost $44. I was well in formed and felt no pressure to spend more money. Being a dog groomer as well as having many pets over my lifetime it was refreshing to go to a vet that wanted to talk and the staff acknowledged me right away, made conversation with me, offered me coffee!
