Dr. Echols Is The Best! I love Dr. Echols! She's the best of them all! I had a problem with the front desk lady. She's very unprofessional, and unfair. I also love the manager there! She's very FAIR! Dr. Echols have a great nice, sweet, caring , details oriented, team/ staff, except the lady at the front desk. She's very judgmental!
The lady at the front desk wasn't very personable. Maybe because it's Monday morning, I don't know. Her demeanor set the time for my experience. I really was ready to go. Poor customer service skills. When we went to the back for X-rays and cleaning, it was a much more pleasant experience. The Dental Assistant and Hygentist were excellent! Nice and quick and very patient with my four year old. They made him very comfortable. Dr. Echols is amazing! We love her! She's very engaging and very personable. Convenient I love that the office is very convenient to my home. The staff was nice. I was hoping for a more private atmosphere in the exam area, but overall I was satisfied with the care my child received.
