Dr. Echols Is The Best! I love Dr. Echols! She's the best of them all! I had a problem with the front desk lady. She's very unprofessional, and unfair. I also love the manager there! She's very FAIR! Dr. Echols have a great nice, sweet, caring , details oriented, team/ staff, except the lady at the front desk. She's very judgmental!
The lady at the front desk wasn't very personable. Maybe because it's Monday morning, I don't know. Her demeanor set the time for my experience. I really was ready to go. Poor customer service skills. When we went to the back for X-rays and cleaning, it was a much more pleasant experience. The Dental Assistant and Hygentist were excellent! Convenient I love that the office is very convenient to my home. The staff was nice. I was hoping for a more private atmosphere in the exam area, but overall I was satisfied with the care my child received.
