I waited less than 5 minutes. Dr. McGraw-Wall was personable, professional, and helpful. She explained my options carefully then left it to me to decide how to proceed.
Love, love Dr McGraw-Wall... she has never made me feel rushed, has always listened to my concerns, and keeps trying to find solutions, ex. to the point of using a compound pharmacy to help me with canker sores (an intermittent but evil affliction since childhood) which finally gave me relief- after 40 years- whenever I get them. Dr. McGraw-Wall is compassionate, friendly physician and I would recommend her to anyone. She always listens to my concerns and answers all questions. She takes time to discuss options for treatment takes into account my opinions. She will be my ENT Physician of choice until she retires.
Very professional and courteous. I have had severe sinus problems for over ten years now due to a severe immune system deficiency. I have seen many ENT’s over the years and none were as thorough as she is. She actually uses an endoscope and takes her time looking around with it. Other doctors barely glanced in my nose with forceps and told me nothing was wrong. I like that she focuses on what’s going on with your health in general to make her diagnosis. I’m very glad she was recommended to me.
Dr. McGraw-Wall has twice stitched up my face following Mohs surgery (to remove skin cancer). She does excellent work! She also has a wonderful bedside manner. I have also seen Dr McGraw-Wall for sinus infections. She has informed me that I have a deviated septum. If I have this surgically repaired, I will use her.

Dr. McGraw-Wall has improved my health tremendously. She uses a camera in my sinuses to see exactly what the problem is. I have chronic upper respiratory and sinus issues. So this method of detection is exactly what’s needed for me. Then she is able to treat me with the drugs that she knows will take care of the problem.
