Fast, caring service with stability in staffing.
We had a very hard time finding a vet who would see our bird, and were so happy to find Dr. Ben. He talked us through her diagnosis and treatment and took the time to make sure we understood. The whole staff was very kind and efficient and the experience was wonderful!
Our cat was in dire shape and they got us right in when everyone else was punting. Immediately started treatment, very compassionate and they don't price gouge.
Staff at Beechmont are great! They are all professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They are trying very hard to make visits easy during this crazy Covid time.
They were able to look at our beloved elder cat very near to closing time, when he was having an emergency yesterday. They were kind and compassionate to not only our cat, but to us as pet parents too. Today we are making the tough choice to put him to sleep, and spare him anymore suffering-but I'm so grateful for Beechmont pet hospital doing what they could to help us make him comfortable and hydrated last night. Our family will never forget your kindness. Thank you.
I am from out of state, my pug went into respiratory distress. My sister called while we were in the car that we were coming. The minute we pulled in they came out to the car. Within minutes they called to tell me she was pinking up. Thank you Dr Ben and staff.
Love this place. They actually care about your animals and are VERY affordable.
