This is another one of my favorite furniture stores, they do carry a little bit of the unusual, but elegant which is what I like. The service was very professional. I ended up buying a Curio cabinet and a kitchen table, which is bar styled. We only use two of the four chairs because it's just my husband and I now. These two furniture pieces add such elegance to my picturesque window studio. I highly recommend giving BelFurniture a visit. They delivered the very next day!
Went here in search of furniture and I was welcomed quickly by D.Q. He was a total professional! He led us to the department of furniture that we were interested in and gave us a few minutes to look around before checking back in with us. That was perfect, it allowed us to look and discuss different options. The payment process was an ease as well! Great experience!
Horrible service. We had ordered a section to be delivered 2/8. We had a call to confirm on Thursday 2/6. They call us the day of delivery that the couch was unavailable anymore and discontinued. We threw our old couch to make room for the new one, so now we have no other place to sit til we find another one we like. Horrible!
update, I called corporate office and informed them of what happened with George and they sent a servicenan out and he replaced the leg on my desk. They told me that is not how Bel handles these situations. if I buy anything else from bell furniture.I will go to their katy texas location that's where corporate is located
Don't spend your money here. Your order will be incorrect if you even get it. They will then give you the run around and there will be no resolution just constantly putting you on hold to call corporate and the manufacturer. The corporate office does not answer the phone. It will ring and then just hang up. Try it and see. I would give zero stars if I could. They're literally scammers.
If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. First my mattress was put on the wrong truck so I was not able to get it on the scheduled day which I had took off of work for. The second time I was delivered the wrong mattress with a lesser value. They keep rescheduling me which means they never had my mattress to begin with. I still have not received my correct mattress and this is FIFTH time being rescheduled and having to take off work. It's been a month since I've bought it. A month ago when they first delivered the damaged couch that we returned, one of the delivery guys tried to intimidate my mother. Telling her she would have to pick up the couch back into the truck herself that he wasn't gonna do that crap (this is all in recording and even the lady on the line when it got heated agreed that she could hear the delivery guy denying to take the furniture) and at one point DENAYING to leave the house.
