I went into Bel-Furniture on 8/3/2024 around 12noon.Initially upon entering I got a a bad impression. I felt overlooked because I was passed over by 3 employees. Nobody greeted asked if I needed help etc. I decided to make my way to the second-floor and see if I could help myself. I was instantly greeted by Larry Cheneay(who, even though already assisting someone) stopped greeted me, said give me one moment. He returned to assist me with my needed. Wonderful service and furniture! I was hoping to find a couch with some color - the furniture throughout the store is brown, beige, and grey. It would be a good idea if they had furniture in a variety of colors and patterns.
We arrived at the showroom 25 minutes before closing. Jim patiently helped us through every step in choosing new livingroom furniture. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and our furniture. Thank you, Jim.
