I had one of the worst experiences today at Bella Body. The receptionist and co-founder were talking at the counter. It wasn’t until after 15 minutes of waiting past my appointment time that I asked if the therapist was running late. Apparently, she was running behind. No one thought to inform me. Twenty minutes after my service was supposed to start - I finally was called back. Then, my 30 minute massage ended up being 20 minutes.
