Bellbrook was a great place with great people helping us support our father as he was going thru recovery, rehab, and eventually assisted living. We enjoyed the staff and all the support they provided. Absolutely a TOP 5 STARS!
Just wanted to share how happy we are having my mom at Bellbrook Senior Living in Rochester Hills. The community is beautiful, the staff is kind and caring, and she already feels right at home. She’s enjoying the peaceful setting, great food, and even better company. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing she’s in a place that truly cares for her. So thankful we found Bellbrook. It’s been such a blessing!
My father went to rehab after minor surgery. He was living independently before surgery, after his stay at Bellbrook he was rendered a near invalid. The OT and PT he received were horrible. His abilities were fraudulently documented to Medicare justifying his discharge. When asked if they could demonstrate what they documented they could not. I wish I could give a negative star but I can’t. This place is absolutely terrible for rehab do not send your loved ones here, I wouldn’t even send my gold fish here that’s how terrible this place is. Staff didn’t seem to care.
Bellbrook is definitely a beautiful home for our loved ones. Since the day we walked in for our first meeting with Rita (sales consultant and many other hats) and continually there after she has been amazing. Rita has been extremely informative, supportive and empathetic. Whenever I call or my father calls Rita she always takes care of the need asap.
