I thought Dr. Pace, Jr. was great. He was informative and cared very much about my care. While I did not get her name (blonde, wavy hair), Dr. Pace, Jr.'s assistant was very cordial and welcoming. I did not particularly enjoy my cleaning with Kendra. She was extremely rough when cleaning my teeth with the pick and when applying the fluoride. I love this office, Dr. Sullivan and Keatha, whom I saw today. I can't imagine going to anyone else. That having been said, the only reason I did not give 5 stars was because of the new sign in system. With a human being sitting in front of me is it really so hard to make a one on one connection with the patient? I do NOT want to sign in via technology when I am standing in front of someone who can take just a minute to say Hello. Please lose this very impersonal system. Thanks!

Dr. Pace Jr was very personable with my son who is 9. He made him feel very comfortable and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. His assistant (sorry, I can't recall her name) was super sweet and made us feel at ease!

My visit was great. Dr. Pace was helpful in explaining the process of getting my fillings done and ensured that I was comfortable throughout. I was very pleased with the quality of the work as well as the efficiency in getting it done promptly so I could get back to work.

BMFD is my first experience of a US dentist. After years of dreading going in the UK, Dr. Sullivan has put right so many issues and years of bad dentistry. All the staff are always fantastic. I've recommended then to so many people and will continue to do so.

I am BMFD's MOST DIFFICULT PATIENT ever, but they are very patient with me despite that fact that I don't like non-food, non-wine things in my mouth; this is challenging in Dentistry, as you might imagine, where stuffing things in mouths, temporarily, is part of the process.
