Verified Renter Great building/apartments/amenities, poor customer service from management.
Verified Renter Nice set up and amenities. management is poor. These are brand new apartments and paint drippings was on the floors during our walk through , cracks/space in between the baseboard in the floor. Management and maintenance came in and pretty much let us know that there is nothing they can do about it and advise us to clean up the paint & let us know they know the lights have an issue (it never came to install new ones for us as we moved in).
