Verified Renter I love these apartments. They are so open and have so much space. The common areas are nice even though I don't use them much... you have everything you need close to you, gas stations, Walmart, Sam's, HEB, the interstates are right there too. I just love it.

Verified Renter Office staff is helpful and prompt in communications. Maintenance issues tend to be resolved quickly. Residents are not respectful of the property- smoking, excessive dog poop. After hours “security” doesn’t exist. Lease renewals should be offered at market price, not higher for tenants who have lived here for multiple lease terms.
