good docs, space too small I have dealt with all of the vets, and they are all wonderful. I have a very difficult cat (she hisses and goes crazy at the vet) but they have all been able to handle her well and somehow, have calmed her down. The big problem is that the waiting room is waaaay to small to have both cats and dogs waiting, and I stopped going here after a huge akita stuck her face into my cat's cage, hugely traumatizing her. Belvoir Pet Hospital is recommended by me I have gone to Belvoir for years and have always received excellent care and concern for my animals. This practice has been around for years and has a great reputation.
Great dr., but not so great reception I was recommended to Belvoir Pet Hospital by our realtor when we moved into the area. If you can make it past the rather cold receptionists and frequent voicemail, you will feel like your pet is in great hands.
The Belvoir Pet Hospital staff have provided wonderful care to all of our cats over the last 24 years. Thanks to the Drs. Farkas, our calico enjoyed 2 extra years of quality living with chronic renal disase. Our current Maine Coon mix is thriving in spite of cardiomyopathy. Thriving he went from weighing 9.7 poinds 3 years ago to 16 pounds.
This is a WONDERFUL place for animals with its great vets and wonderful, caring, and empathetic staff. After almost 2 years,I wouldn't take any cat or dog any place else!
