Ben was great! We did not like that the lady from the title company was asking us to text her our driver's licenses. We asked for her to send us a secure email to send it back to her but she wouldn't or couldn't. That is NPI and needs to be protected.

This experience would have been a 10 if all needs and requirements would have been mentioned up front. As it was, they were only disclosed after completing each requirement which caused the process to drag on. Paul and his team definitely brought it home at the end of the day.
