They are dirty people to deal with They took the car for being over mileage, Not late on a Payment, OVER MILEAGE… and the Manager whoever the dick is who’s sits in the office to your left was extremely Nasty….. Then put it o. My credit…. THEY Will Never have no good nothing, Be careful how you treat people…..

Benchmark does not ever take a car for mileage. Vehicles may be repossessed for non-payment or failure to maintain insurance. If a vehicle is repossessed, we may then consider mileage overage charges if mileage is very high or if the vehicle is being used for commercial purposes. We also inspect the condition of the vehicle and verify oil changes have been performed, especially when mileage is very high. This is what a customer can expect. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify our policies.
They are inconsiderate during a pandemic & days before christmas! They hound you if you are 2 days over a payment🙄 it is true it easy to get in a car... but not a good company if u ask me for more reasons than one.
