Recommendedwe have an 02 explorer since last year still does great and we got the $500 down so no warranty it has taken us to mountains in Virginia tons of Raleigh trips and to town and back Jacksonville also almost weekly it still runs just fine! I feel out of all the car dealers I've dealt with they are more upfront and honest and since I'm from a small town I love the familiarity I'm given. they greet me by name and never once had a problem!! we absolutely love them and look forward to continue doing business with them!!

Everything was explained wonderfully and I will be recommending all my friends to go to Benchmark if they need a vehicle! I love the fact that they are confident enough in their vehicles to back them with a powertrain warranty for the life of the contract. Out of a 10, I would give them a 20. 😊
The easiest car buying experience I've had hands down. All staff members were friendly and efficient. Great place to buy a nice used car. Prices are fair and the whole process is easy and upfront.
