I am sorry you felt the need to submit a comment as you have never been a client of mine. This is my life and my career and I take customer service very seriously. In the interest of customer service, I asked Behnoush to email me her bills so I can, as a courtesy, reduce the bills even there there was no insurance to pursue. When there is no BI or UM insurance, there is no case to recover any money damages. I am sorry it did not work out for your girlfriend. It is disappointing to me also.
